We are producers of medical devices, and we use cardboard boxes to transport them to our customers.

I send the specifications of one of our boxes so that you can prepare a quote.

As indicated, the box can be subjected to steam sterilization at 134ºC for 5 minutes, and as such, it will have to have kraft paper both on the outside and on the inside so that the boxes do not get stained/or stain the packages inside after this process.

The box itself should be 4170mm in length, 530mm in width and 115mm in depth (ignoring the lid sizes).

The box’s outer walls should be 10mm thick corrugated cardboard.

The lid should be a ‘self-locking lid’.

Inside the box, there should be 7 dividers, each 10mm thick corrugated cardboard. These will be separate from the box and will be inserted during box construction therefore need the ability to be held in place.

Urgent Request a Quotation for Custom Made Award boxes that will hold certain specialty award and gift items. These will be distributed to dignitaries from around the world. As such, we seek to purchase customized gift packaging. Kindly find the list of items needed below as a guide, as well as a link to some photo examples.

1. EMBLEM BOX

• 300 PC gold-tone box with a transparent window (box size 4x3x1 inches) to hold an emblem

• Inner velvet base to be slightly raised like a display, with a pin (or otherwise) to secure the emblem

• Red inside color. (more details will be provided upon contact)

**All materials to be high quality, Fsc of recyclable (if possible) and nontoxic. Warranty preferred.

2. JEWELRY CASE:

• 200 PC Jewelry Garland box

• Gold metallic color (can be Faux gold leatherette)

• De bossing of Emblem on lid cover, the same size as the Certificate holder (as per photo provided)

• Ensure Flat top and bottom to allow secure placement in larger boxes.

• Ensure a  thin diagonal ribbon on the inner top lid of the jewelry box is gold. This will hold a gift card.

3. CERTIFICATE HOLDER:

• 250-300 PC dual sided certificate holders in gold faux leather with Front Cover embossed (recessed) with the Emblem outside  to accommodate 2 no.

• 8.5″x11″ certificates, corners secured by gold tone paper – Design draft for embossing will be provided by CLIENT

• Ensure 4 corners on each side (see photo)

4. SHIPPING BOXES:

• 300 PC Outside box for shipping (in white) :

• To also include room for a Book – 8” x 5.5” x 2.5” (this book with be wrapped in Gold paper with tie)

• Recycled material if possible and does not significantly add to cost

I would like to price a 260cmx30cmx17cm heavy-duty (8mm+) box for long parts. They will be about 65kg of parts inside. We would like our parts packed within China in your boxes and then shipped to Canada (Vancouver). Their packing is 5 boxes high, 5 boxes wide, in a large wooden crate. The crates then would be stacked 3 high. The ordered pattern would likely be 500 boxes every 3 months, ongoing.

The product is industrial for greenhouses. Our hope is to get the product here and reship. We are looking for a matte finish, 8mm+ wall thickness, possible logo.
